Privacy

One Man Tents is run by Coreter Limited, which is responsible for the personal information this site collects (more about us). This notice covers what that is and where it goes.

If you sign up for emails

We keep your email address so we can send you the emails you asked for. Coreter Limited stores it.

If you place an order

Checking out asks for your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and billing address, plus any delivery note you add. We use them to take payment, send your order confirmation, and get the parcel to you: your name, address and mobile number go to Royal Mail for that. If you tick the box for marketing emails at checkout, your email address joins the list above.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight from your browser to Stripe; this site never sees or stores them. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare. To serve each page and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes the technical details of your visit, such as your IP address and browser.

Cookies

The site sets cookies only to make the shop work: to remember your basket, to carry your details through checkout, and to keep you signed in if you have an account.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@onemantents.co.uk to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
