Starting a return

Email hello@onemantents.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return.

Your rights under UK law

The 30-day window comes on top of your legal rights, which it does not affect. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order. If an item arrives faulty or is not as it was described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, a replacement or a refund.
